What a hotel system looks like
Rooftop and car-park arrays sized to the daytime load — air conditioning, laundry, kitchens, pools — with a battery that carries the evening peak and bridges every grid cut. Existing generators stay as backup and, in practice, stop running within the first month. Cold rooms for the kitchen can be added under the same monthly fee.
The guest experience
Silence is the first thing managers mention. The second is the end of the 6 p.m. flicker as the generator takes over. Battery switchover happens in milliseconds, invisibly. For resorts, the diesel fumes drifting over the pool are gone too.
The board's story
Hotel groups now report emissions to investors and brands. A solar plant displacing 100,000+ litres of diesel a year avoids around 270 tonnes of CO₂ — a number that goes straight into the sustainability report, alongside the saving.
