Pre-cooling and cold rooms that turn rejected loads into export grade.
Mango, pineapple, tomato, onion and cut flowers lose value by the hour after harvest. Solar-powered pre-cooling and chilled storage cut the 30–50% post-harvest loss — and keep the chain unbroken from farm to airport.
What produce and flower exporters tell us.
Field heat is the enemy
Produce that isn't pre-cooled within hours loses shelf life and grade. Buyers reject, or pay less.
Cold rooms without reliable power are worse than none
A room that warms up overnight ruins a whole consignment at once.
Airport hand-off is where flowers die
The chain must hold from packhouse to cargo terminal, not just at the farm.
Diesel eats the export margin
Dollar revenue, but diesel-priced cooling. Margins disappear in the generator.
Designed around how your business actually runs.
Pre-cooling + chilled rooms
Forced-air pre-cooling then +2 to +8 °C holding rooms, 10–50 tonnes, zoned for mixed produce.
Solar sized for the harvest peak
Arrays and batteries sized to your peak season, with grid or gas backup for the rare bad week.
Chain-of-custody records
Logged temperatures you can hand to buyers and inspectors.
One monthly fee, no capex
Dollar-earning exporters qualify from a single site under standard terms.
Typical customer: saves $30,000–60,000 per year in energy costs while eliminating diesel downtime and spoilage losses.

Fresh Produce & Flowers questions.
How quickly can produce be pre-cooled?
Forced-air pre-cooling brings most produce to holding temperature in 1–3 hours depending on the crop and pack. We size the refrigeration for your peak daily volume.
Can one room hold flowers and produce?
Yes — rooms are zoned by temperature and humidity, and ethylene-sensitive crops are separated.
Do you install in Ghana and Kenya?
Ghana is a Phase 1 market and Kenya is next. Both take enquiries now; installation follows the free energy and cold chain audit.
What about the airport leg?
We design the packhouse cold room and advise on reefer or insulated transport so the chain holds to the cargo terminal.
