Frontières Bay Energies is a Canadian company, founded in 2018 in Ottawa, that designs, finances, installs and operates solar power, battery storage and cold storage for commercial and industrial businesses — first in Africa, and anywhere diesel dependence and cold chain gaps hold businesses back.

Frontières Bay Energies (FBE) is a solar and cold chain Energy-as-a-Service company headquartered at 7 Bayview Station Rd, Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Founded in 2018 by Dr. Samuel Alonge, FBE has deployed more than 100 portable solar power and refrigeration systems across Africa through distributor partners, and now installs integrated solar + battery + cold storage plants at commercial sites under 5–10 year service contracts. Customers pay one fixed monthly fee, 20–30% below their diesel and grid cost, with no equipment to buy. FBE has live installations in Nigeria, Mauritania and Sierra Leone, is funded by leading development finance institutions, and works within Canada's export ecosystem — the Trade Commissioner Service, Export Development Canada, BDC and RBC.
