Do you replace the generators entirely?
Solar and battery carry the normal load; existing gensets stay as backup. Our investors require 100% diesel replacement for new sites, so new backup is gas, not diesel.
What about a short mine life?
Sites with under 5 years of life usually buy outright; the equipment can be redeployed. Longer sites suit the 5–10 year service contract.
Can the battery handle 45 °C?
Yes — we specify cabinets rated to 45–50 °C ambient and confirm usable capacity at temperature with the supplier before order.
