Can solar really hold −25 °C overnight?
Yes. We pre-cool during the day when solar is strongest and size the battery for 12 hours of overnight load at 60–70% of daytime demand. Frozen stock and thick insulated panels hold cold for hours on their own.
What size of fish business qualifies for Energy-as-a-Service?
A cold load running 24/7, roughly US$2,000+ a month on diesel and grid, 3+ years trading and roof or land for panels. Exporters earning dollars qualify from a single site; local-currency businesses from about US$1M of equipment.
